Created by international award-winning firm Studio Gronda, our Maldives island resort embodies a contemporary architectural language rooted in nature and tradition. Drawing inspiration from the local communities and rich Maldivian heritage, the resort blends natural materials such as sustainably sourced timber, soft linens and hand-glazed ceramics with thoughtful design that reflects the surrounding seascape. Open spaces, elevated decks and airy pavilions invite the tropical breeze inside, offering light, space and stillness.

Each villa is designed to be a sanctuary of calm, where neutral tones, soft canopies and indoor-outdoor living blur the boundary between ocean and home. Throughout the resort, handcrafted details, artisanal furniture and local craftsmanship infuse every corner with authenticity, creating an immersive sense of tropical island living. In the heart of the island, the Sail Canopy Pavilion is a graceful symbol of heritage, movement and renewal. At our reception area, the Coral Ceramic Wall, crafted as a map of Mirihi, celebrates the island’s reef and natural contours.
